What are pre made dishes?

According to the "Notice" and the interpretation of the State Administration for Market Regulation, pre packaged dishes, also known as pre packaged dishes, are made from one or more edible agricultural products and their products as raw materials, with or without seasoning or other additives, without adding preservatives, through industrial pre-processing (such as stirring, pickling, rolling, shaping, stir frying, frying, baking, boiling, steaming, etc.), with or without seasoning packs, in accordance with the storage, transportation, and sales conditions indicated on the product label, and can only be consumed after heating or cooking.

Prefabricated food safety

●Promote the use of pre made dishes in the catering industry to ensure consumers' right to know and choose.

●Research and develop food safety standards for pre made meals, clarifying and standardizing the safety requirements for pre made meals.

● Promote the development of quality standards for prefabricated food terminology, product classification, etc.

●Urge enterprises to strictly implement their main responsibilities, establish and improve the food quality and safety management system, strengthen risk control, and strictly use food additives.

●Require market regulatory authorities to strictly control the production license of pre packaged vegetables, increase supervision and inspection of key links, carry out pre packaged vegetable supervision, sampling and risk monitoring, and severely crack down on illegal and irregular behaviors.
